The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to all the attractive places in the city. We loved the beautiful view of the city from our room on the 7th floor, it was fine. the hotel was situated in a lively area with plenty of great restaurants and shopping options nearby.

The staff at the hotel were not very friendly. They rarely greeted us with a smile and seemed uninterested in providing good customer service.

The location was perfect with shops, restaurants, and everything you need nearby. The room had a fine sea view and was clean and spacious. The staff were nice, helpful, and genuinely caring. The breakfast cafe had a beautiful design and friendly staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being in an area that is close to the most attractive places and right on the main street. it was very convenient to have the tunnel nearby. The hotel facilities were great and everything was kept very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. The breakfast, served in a beautiful cafe next to the hotel, had a nice design and the staff there were kind.

Excellent location at start of Istiklal Street. Close to transport and lively area. Modern, clean, spacious rooms with spectacular views. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast with a variety of options.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated in an area close to all the main attractions. We were just a short walk away from the bustling main street, where there were plenty of cafes and shops to explore. the hotel is conveniently located near the tunnel, providing easy access to other areas of interest. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, offering a stunning view of the sea. The staff were incredibly polite and always ready to assist. The breakfast, served in a beautifully designed cafe, was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful.

That some items, like drinks and snacks, were not adequately stocked in the minibar. It would have been nice to have a few more options available.

As a disabled traveler, I really appreciated the spacious and modern room with a sea view, which had a large window that provided a fantastic view. The hotel staff, especially Mehmet, provided exceptional hospitality and genuinely cared about our stay. The location was perfect, close to all transportation systems and lively areas of the city. The nearby restaurants and shopping options added to the convenience of the location. The breakfast, served in a nicely designed cafe, was delicious and the staff were kind and supportive.
